Q. Do we need building plans and where do we get them?
A. Yes, most of the time you need a set of building plans and J. Hawk Builders,
Inc. will create a design and a set of building plans for you. Our staff helps
you create the design you desire by working with you and in some cases
collaborating with an architect.

Q. Do we need a building permit?
A. Yes, you typically need a building permit but when working with J. Hawk
Builders, Inc. we acquire all permits necessary for your project.

Q. Should I get more than one estimate?
A. Getting more than one estimate is a personal decision. This is a tough
area, comparing estimates can be very difficult. The most important aspect is
hiring a contractor you trust that is willing to work with you and your budget.

Q. Do I get to select different products or do you provide them?
A. You do get to select your products and we provide your selections for you.
